Basically listed my house with Jou Jou because I wanted to sell quickly in a hot market & felt based on her track record & aggressiveness that she would be right for me.
She did what she said she was going to do, so credit to her.
House was in the Blackhawk community, sold very quick, if it had been elsewhere I may have tried one of those reduced commission programs. Never the less mission accomplished.
