I had a great week getting to know so many fantastic agents from across the nation and it was an honor to share the stage with Felipe Hernandez, Chris Cortazzo, and Brian Milton for “The Secret to My Success” session.
The Compass RETREAT expanded my agent network across the nation and prepped us all for the 2024 market!

A recent study looking at sleep and longevity found that sleep “regularity”—going to bed and waking up at consistent times with few mid-slumber interruptions—matters more than how long you sleep. US construction investment has soared in the past 4 years by 27.24% to a total of $15,74 TRILLION compared to the prior 4 years starting in the 4th quarter of 2015. US GDP grew by 12.8% between 2015 ($18,2 Trillion) to $20,533 trillion by the end of 2018….and growth almost doubled between 2019 and 2023 where GDP grew from $21,38 trillion in 2019 to $26,24 trillion in 2023. Texas approved 263,054 housing building permits in 2022, the most in the US, the only large state to hit a new high for construction in 2022. California’s peak of 207,390 permits came in 2004 almost a decade ago.

The Fed will cut interest rates by 275 basis points next year, nearly 4X more than what markets are pricing, strategists at UBS Investment Bank predict. Morgan Stanley economists forecast the Fed to make deep interest-rate cuts over the next 2 years as inflation cools, while Goldman Sachs Group Inc. analysts expect fewer reductions and a later start. (Bloomberg)
