I moved out of the country and when I decided to sell my home in Blackhawk, I originally went with another Realtor who was a friend of a friend. It was the worst thing I’ve done…I’ll leaves out the negative details. Then I researched and found that JouJou was highly recommended and seemed to be very knowledgeable of the area. We talked a few times and I felt very comfortable with hiring her over the phone. She was amazing! First of all, she was always, always, always available. (I don’t think she sleeps? She is extremely familiar with the area and has a long history of working in Blackhawk. She spends a bundle on advertising and sends a copy of the ads before they appear. Her feedback on showings, etc. was great, I never had to call her to ask…she let me know things right away. Her advice was spot on. She is so professional, courteous and able…I can’t say enough positive things about her. I would never use anyone else… and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in the area. She is a keeper!
