JouJou is not a professional that just helps you buy a new home, but she builds a strong relationship and trust with her clients. Here are some highlights that would haven’t happened without JouJou’s expertise:
– I thought I had great attention to details, but JouJou was able to catch all the issues in the home we were buying.
– She’s great on identifying major issues in the house and hold parties accountable for them. We got a big credit out of the home due to a few things we had to fix (balcony, sauna, etc.) and other things (HVAC, garage, fireplaces) fixed before we moved in.
– She’s great on managing timeline. We were ready to close in less than 2 weeks, but we had some back and forth with the sellers due to some inspections. JouJou was able to manage that smoothly and adapt our closing date. We had to extend the closing date which included fees (0.25% of home price) that JouJou even volunteered to cover with her commission since for her the most important thing was to make sure everything was fixed and ready to close.
– After we closed and moved in, JouJou continued to help us with house details. For example, finding gardeners we could trust, home insurance for small plumbing issues, etc.
JouJou basically just loves what she does, that’s why she’s so great!
